1. What Are Cookies

Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website. They are widely used to make websites work efficiently, remember your preferences, and provide information to website owners. Cookies may be "session" cookies (deleted when you close your browser) or "persistent" cookies (remain on your device for a set period or until manually deleted).

2. How We Use Cookies

pricingarch.com uses a minimal set of cookies. We do not use third-party advertising cookies, retargeting cookies, or social media tracking pixels. Our cookies fall into three categories:

Functional / preferenceRemembering cookie consent choice, theme preference (if applicable)1 yearNo

__pa_anon_idAnonymous analytics identifier (no PII, no cross-site tracking)30 days

4. Third-Party Cookies

We do not place third-party advertising, retargeting, or social media cookies. Stripe, our payment processor, may set cookies on checkout pages hosted on stripe.com. These are governed by Stripe's Privacy Policy. Vercel, our hosting provider, may set performance and security cookies as part of their edge network infrastructure.

5. Managing and Disabling Cookies

You can control cookie usage via:

  • Our consent banner — shown on first visit; allows you to accept or decline non-essential cookies
  • Browser settings — most browsers allow you to block or delete cookies. Refer to your browser's help documentation for instructions
  • Browser extensions — tools like uBlock Origin can block specific cookies

Disabling strictly necessary cookies will prevent the account dashboard and checkout from functioning correctly. Disabling analytics cookies will not affect your experience on the site.

6. The PricingArch Plugin

The PricingArch WordPress plugin itself does not set any cookies on your customers' devices. It operates server-side within WooCommerce's pricing and cart hooks. Any cookies present on your WooCommerce store are set by WordPress, WooCommerce, or other plugins you have installed — not by PricingArch.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the effective date at the top of this page. If we add new non-essential cookies, we will update the consent banner accordingly.

8. Contact

If you have questions about how we use cookies, contact us at privacy@pricingarch.com or via our support portal at pricingarch.com/support.
