PressMonk LTD is the data controller for personal data collected through pricingarch.com and associated services. This policy explains what data we collect, why, how long we keep it, and your rights under UK GDPR and, where applicable, EU GDPR.

1.1 Account and Purchase Data
When you purchase a license, we collect:
- Full name
- Email address
- Billing address (including country)
- License tier and purchase date
- License key (generated upon purchase)
- Payment reference (we do not store card numbers — payment is processed by our payment processor)
- Cryptocurrency wallet address (submitted during checkout for crypto payments — used solely to process and, where applicable, refund your transaction)
Note: cryptocurrency transactions are recorded on a public blockchain. Transaction data, including wallet addresses and amounts, is publicly visible by the nature of blockchain technology and outside our control.
1.2 Technical Data
When you use our website or the plugin's license validation and update services, we may collect: IP address, browser type and version, operating system, WordPress site URL (submitted by the plugin during license activation and update checks), plugin version in use, and timestamps of license activations and update checks.
1.3 Communications Data
If you contact support, we collect your name and email address, the content of your messages, and metadata about your support tickets (dates, status, resolution).
