1. Overview

VerilySoft, Inc. ("VerilySoft") offers a 14-day money-back guarantee on all PricingArch license purchases. If you are not satisfied with the plugin for any reason within 14 days of your purchase date, you may request a full refund — no questions asked. This policy applies to all license tiers (Solo, Studio, Agency).

2. Eligibility

To be eligible for a refund:

  • Your refund request must be submitted within 14 calendar days of your original purchase date
  • The request must be submitted by the account holder associated with the original purchase
  • You must include your order number or purchase email address

There is no requirement to provide a reason. You do not need to demonstrate a technical problem or any dissatisfaction — the 14-day window is unconditional.

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, contact us via one of the following methods:

  • Submit a support ticket at pricingarch.com/support
  • Email us at billing@pricingarch.com

Include your order number and the email address used at checkout. We will process eligible refund requests within 3 business days.

4. Refund Processing

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Card refunds typically appear within 5–10 business days depending on your card issuer. Cryptocurrency refunds are issued to the originating wallet address and may take 1–3 business days to process. We do not issue refunds via a different payment method than the one used for the original purchase.

5. License Revocation

Upon issuing a refund, your license key is deactivated immediately. The plugin will continue to function until the next license validation attempt, after which it will enter a restricted mode. You agree to remove the plugin from all websites upon receiving a refund. We reserve the right to deactivate licenses associated with refunded purchases at any time.

6. Exceptions

Refunds are not available in the following circumstances:

  • Requests submitted more than 14 days after the original purchase date
  • Requests where the license has been used to set up rules on more than 3 active stores (Agency plan: more than 10), indicating the product was used in full production deployment
  • Requests where the purchase was made using a promotion code that explicitly excluded refund eligibility
  • Upgrade purchases where the original license was purchased more than 14 days prior

We reserve the right to decline refund requests that show evidence of abuse (e.g., repeated refund requests by the same person).

7. Support Renewal Refunds

The optional $19/year support renewal fee is non-refundable once a support ticket has been opened under that renewal period. If no ticket has been opened, we will consider refund requests within 7 days of the renewal date.

8. Statutory Rights

This Refund Policy does not affect any statutory rights you may have under applicable law. If you are a consumer in the European Union, you may have additional rights under EU consumer protection legislation, including the right to withdraw from a digital content purchase within 14 days unless you have expressly requested immediate delivery and acknowledged you thereby waive the right of withdrawal, which we request at checkout.
