Refund Policy

1. Our Guarantee

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on all PricingArch license purchases. If you are not satisfied with the plugin for any reason, contact us within 14 days of your purchase date and we will issue a full refund. No questions asked.

2. Eligibility

A refund is available if:

• Your refund request is received within 14 days of the original purchase date.
• The purchase was made directly through pricingarch.com.

Refunds are not available for:

• Requests made more than 14 days after the purchase date.
• Support renewal fees — support subscriptions are non-refundable once the renewal period has begun.
• Purchases made through third-party resellers or marketplaces — contact the relevant platform directly.
• Issues caused solely by incompatibility with third-party plugins, themes, or custom code not explicitly listed as compatible with PricingArch.

Where a refund request is based on a technical issue, we may ask for the opportunity to diagnose and resolve the issue before processing the refund. This does not delay or deny your right to a refund within the 14-day window.

3. Crypto Payment Refunds

PricingArch accepts cryptocurrency payments (USDT, USDC as primary; BTC, ETH as alternative). Crypto refunds are subject to the following:

• Refunds are issued in the same cryptocurrency and to the same wallet address used for the original payment.
• We refund the USD equivalent of the original purchase amount at the exchange rate at the time of the refund transaction. We are not responsible for exchange rate movements between the time of purchase and the time of refund.
• Network (gas) fees associated with the refund transaction are borne by PressMonk and are not deducted from the refund amount.
• Processing time for crypto refunds is typically 1–3 business days once approved, subject to network conditions.

We do not issue refunds in a different cryptocurrency or fiat currency from that used at purchase.

4. How to Request a Refund

Contact us via pricingarch.com/support with:

• The email address used at purchase
• Your order reference or license key
• Your wallet address (for crypto refunds)

We will confirm receipt within 1 business day and process approved refunds within 3 business days.

5. Effect of Refund

Upon a refund being issued:

• Your license key is deactivated.
• Access to updates and support ceases immediately.
• You are no longer permitted to use the plugin on any site.

As the plugin is GPL-licensed, any copies of the software you have downloaded remain under the GPL. The refund terminates your access to support and update services, not the GPL rights to the code.

6. Consumer Rights and Cooling-Off Waiver

If you are based in the United Kingdom or European Union, you have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal from digital content purchases under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 (UK) and the EU Consumer Rights Directive.

By downloading or activating the plugin, you expressly request immediate access to the digital content and acknowledge that you waive your statutory right of withdrawal from that point. This waiver does not affect our voluntary 14-day money-back guarantee set out in Section 1, which applies to all purchases regardless of download or activation status and provides equivalent or greater protection.

Nothing in this policy limits or excludes rights that cannot be waived or excluded under applicable law.
