7General
PricingArch is a WooCommerce plugin that replaces the mess of overlapping pricing plugins with a single, clean rule engine. It handles tiered pricing, bulk discounts, role-based prices, BOGO promotions, cart discounts, checkout fees, and more — all from one admin interface.
Yes. PricingArch operates at the pricing calculation layer, not the display layer. It hooks into WooCommerce core pricing functions and works with any theme or page builder that uses standard WooCommerce price hooks.
No. PricingArch loads the full rule collection once per request and caches it in memory — there's no per-rule database query. The rule engine is pure PHP with zero WooCommerce calls inside the calculation loop, so it adds negligible overhead.
Tiered pricing, bulk discounts, role-based pricing, BOGO (buy-X-get-Y), cart-level discounts, checkout fees, and conditional free shipping. More rule types are on the roadmap — see the roadmap page for details.
There is no limit on the number of rules. You can create as many rules as your store requires. Rules are prioritised and stacked according to the configuration you set in each rule.
Yes. PricingArch includes a Store API extension so all pricing rules apply correctly in block-based cart and checkout pages, as well as the classic cart and checkout.
Yes. PricingArch is fully compatible with WooCommerce's High-Performance Order Storage (HPOS). We test against HPOS with every release.
5Licensing
Solo licenses cover 1 site, Studio licenses cover 5 sites, and Agency licenses cover 25 sites. All plans are lifetime licenses — one payment, no subscription.
Every license includes the plugin, 1 year of updates delivered automatically through your WordPress dashboard, and 1 year of priority support. After the first year, you can optionally renew support access for $19/yr.
Yes. You can deactivate a license on one site and activate it on another at any time through your account portal or by contacting support.
The plugin continues working exactly as it did. You just won't receive new feature updates or support responses until you renew. There is no forced expiry or functionality removal.
Yes. PricingArch is licensed under the GPL, as required for all WordPress plugins. Your license purchase grants access to support and updates, not the code itself.
4Billing
We accept credit and debit cards via Stripe (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), and cryptocurrency: Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), USDT, and USDC.
Yes. We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on all license purchases, no questions asked. Contact support within 14 days of purchase and we'll refund you in full.
Yes. A tax invoice is automatically emailed upon purchase. If you need a revised invoice (e.g. with your company VAT number), contact support and we'll issue one within 1 business day.
Yes. Email support with your order details and desired plan. We'll upgrade your license and charge only the price difference between your current plan and the new one.
4Account & Support
Your license key is emailed to you immediately after purchase. You can also retrieve it at any time by logging into your account at pricingarch.com/account or by contacting support with the email address you used to purchase.
Support is provided via the ticket system at pricingarch.com/support. We do not offer live chat or phone support. Priority queue access is included with all active license plans.
We aim to respond to all support tickets within 24 hours on business days (Monday–Friday, UK time). Priority tickets from active license holders are typically handled within 12 hours.
Open a support ticket at pricingarch.com/support with as much detail as possible: WordPress version, WooCommerce version, PricingArch version, the rule configuration, and a description of the unexpected behaviour. Screenshots or screen recordings are very helpful.
