PricingArch is a WooCommerce plugin that lets you create rule-based pricing — tiered discounts, bulk pricing, role-based prices, user-specific prices, BOGO promotions, and cart-level discounts — from a single unified admin interface.
PricingArch requires WooCommerce 8.0 or later and WordPress 6.4 or later. It's tested against the latest releases of both with every update.
Yes. Pricing rules can target specific product variations, all variations of a product, or apply at the parent product level with variation inheritance.
Yes. PricingArch is compatible with WooCommerce Subscriptions 5.0+. Pricing rules apply to the initial subscription price. Renewal prices follow WooCommerce Subscriptions' own logic.
Yes. PricingArch is fully compatible with WooCommerce's High-Performance Order Storage (HPOS) and does not touch order storage directly — it integrates at the product and cart level only.
Yes. PricingArch works with block themes and the Cart and Checkout blocks via the WooCommerce Store API extension.
PHP 8.1 or later. PricingArch uses PHP 8.1+ features throughout and is not compatible with older PHP versions.
Licensing
You pay once. The plugin updates forever — new features, compatibility updates, and security fixes — at no additional cost. There are no annual renewal fees. The only optional paid item is support ticket access, which is included for the first year and available for $19/yr to renew.
Solo licenses cover 1 site, Studio covers up to 5 sites, and Agency covers unlimited sites including client sites. All plans include the same full feature set.
An active license is one that has been activated on a domain. It validates once against our server when activated, then works offline permanently. Deactivating on one domain frees the slot to activate on another.
Yes. Contact support and we'll apply a credit equal to your original purchase price toward the upgraded plan. You only pay the difference.
Yes. Log into your account at pricingarch.com/signin, deactivate the license from the old domain, and activate it on the new one. The site count slot is released immediately.
Billing
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex) via Stripe, as well as Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), and USDT (TRC-20 and ERC-20).
There is no free trial, but there is a 14-day money-back guarantee. If PricingArch isn't right for your store, request a full refund within 14 days — no questions asked.
Yes. A PDF invoice is included in the purchase confirmation email. If you need a different billing name or VAT details, contact support within 30 days of purchase.
Tax applicability depends on your country of residence. For orders from the EU, UK, and some other regions, applicable VAT is calculated at checkout.
