Quick Start

Up and running in 5 minutes.

From purchase to your first live pricing rule — no developer needed.

1
Step 1

Purchase and download your license

Head to the pricing page and choose the plan that fits your number of sites — Solo (1 site), Studio (5 sites), or Agency (25 sites).

After checkout you'll receive an email with your license key and a download link for the plugin ZIP. This email arrives within seconds.

Keep your license key somewhere safe. You'll need it during activation. If you lose it, retrieve it anytime from your account portal.

2
Step 2

Install the plugin

In your WordPress dashboard, go to Plugins → Add New → Upload Plugin. Select the pricingarch.zip file you downloaded and click Install Now.

Once installed, click Activate Plugin. PricingArch will appear in your left sidebar under WooCommerce.

# Alternatively, install via WP-CLI: wp plugin install pricingarch.zip --activate
3
Step 3

Activate your license

Go to WooCommerce → PricingArch → Settings → License. Paste your license key into the field and click Activate.

A green confirmation badge will appear once the license is active. The plugin will now receive automatic updates and you'll have access to support.

# Your license key looks like this: PA-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX

Step 4

Create your first pricing rule

Go to WooCommerce → PricingArch → Rules → Add New Rule. The rule builder walks you through three sections:

1. Rule type — choose from Tiered Pricing, Bulk Discount, Role-Based Price, BOGO, Cart Discount, or Free Shipping.

2. Scope — select which products or categories this rule applies to.

3. Conditions — optionally restrict the rule to specific customers, dates, cart totals, or user roles.

Click Save Rule. The rule is active immediately — no cache flush needed.

Test by adding the product to your cart in a private/incognito window to verify the rule is firing correctly.

5
Step 5

Test and go live

Open an incognito window and browse to the product or category your rule targets. You should see the adjusted pricing immediately — no caching required on the pricing calculation side.

If a rule isn't applying, check: (1) the rule is active, (2) the product is in scope, (3) any conditions you've set are matching your test session (e.g. user is logged in with the right role).
